Enterprise Cloud at Scale on Azure
Hybrid cloud, enterprise integration, AI at scale. We architect Azure solutions that connect on-prem to cloud seamlessly, handle complex governance, and deliver with confidence.
What we deliver with Microsoft Azure
Landing zone via subscription vending
Management groups, policy as code, and a repeatable subscription pattern, so a new team gets a compliant environment in days rather than a quarter.
Hybrid connectivity
ExpressRoute or site-to-site VPN with correct route propagation and DNS resolution, so on-prem systems and Azure workloads resolve each other reliably.
Identity and access governance
Entra ID with conditional access, privileged identity management for standing admin rights, and RBAC scoped to the unit of work rather than the tenant.
Application modernization on AKS
Ingress, scaling, secret handling, and workload identity configured once and reused, so platform teams ship services instead of rebuilding plumbing.
Cost control and reservations
Budget alerts that fire before the invoice, orphaned disk and IP sweeps, and reservation coverage tuned to measured steady-state load.
Monitoring and security posture
Log Analytics workspaces with retention that matches policy, Defender for Cloud tuned to real risk, and a weekly triage list instead of an unfiltered feed.
How we work on Azure
Azure engagements usually start with a governance question: how many subscriptions exist, who owns them, and which policies are actually enforced. We inventory the tenant, group subscriptions under management groups, and convert the policies people describe in meetings into policy-as-code that runs before deployment.
From there, workloads move onto a vending pattern. Because every subscription is built from the same template, identity, networking, logging, and cost controls arrive already configured instead of being retrofitted under pressure later.
Microsoft Azure in production: where it breaks
The same handful of problems show up on almost every engagement. Naming them early is cheaper than discovering them at 2am.
Subscription sprawl
Dozens of loosely owned subscriptions make policy and cost impossible to govern. We consolidate under management groups with clear ownership and naming.
Standing owner rights at tenant root
Convenience access becomes permanent risk. Privileged identity management with time-bound elevation fixes this without slowing anyone down.
Cost surprises from unattached resources
Disks, public IPs, and idle App Service plans keep billing after the project ends. We automate detection and scheduled cleanup with owner notification.
