Build Enterprise-Grade on AWS

Move fast, scale efficiently, reduce costs. We architect cloud infrastructure that doesn't just run—it thrives. From migration to optimization, we handle the complexity so you focus on growth.

What we deliver with AWS

01

Landing zone and account structure

Organizations, control tower guardrails, and one account per environment or product so a bad deploy can never reach production data.

02

Migration waves, not big bangs

We inventory workloads, rank them by coupling and risk, and move them in waves with rollback plans, so the business keeps running throughout.

03

Infrastructure as code from day one

Terraform or CDK modules with pinned providers, reviewed plans, and no console-built resources — the environment can be rebuilt from the repository.

04

Cost architecture

Tagging standards enforced at the organization level, storage lifecycle rules, Savings Plans sized to real usage, and a monthly showback your finance team can read.

05

Resilience and disaster recovery

Multi-AZ by default, tested failover, documented RTO and RPO, and a restore drill that proves backups actually restore.

06

Security and operability

IAM boundaries instead of wildcard policies, KMS encryption, VPC egress control, CloudWatch dashboards, and runbooks the on-call team will actually use.

How we work on AWS

We start at the account boundary, not the architecture diagram. Before a single workload moves, we agree the organization structure, the tagging standard, the network segmentation, and who is allowed to touch production. On most engagements this takes two to three weeks and prevents a year of cleanup.

After that, migrations run in waves of two to four workloads, each with an owner, a success measure, and a rollback path. Cost is reviewed against the same tags the finance team sees, so savings show up as real numbers rather than a dashboard nobody opens.

AWS in production: where it breaks

The same handful of problems show up on almost every engagement. Naming them early is cheaper than discovering them at 2am.

IAM drift and long-lived keys

Wildcard roles accumulate until nobody knows what can reach the data. We move access to Identity Center roles, add permission boundaries, and rotate out static keys.

Untagged resources and untraceable spend

A bill you cannot attribute is a bill you cannot reduce. We enforce tag policies at the organization level and publish showback per product team.

The single-AZ data layer

Compute is spread across zones while the database quietly sits in one. We test failover, fix replication, and record the result so the claim is verifiable.

When to use AWS

SaaS scale-ups whose traffic spikes faster than the architecture was designed for.

Regulated workloads leaving a data centre, where audit evidence matters as much as uptime.

Cost rescues on bills above $1M a year with no attribution or lifecycle policy.
